These cowboys promised to start work 6 weeks after we paid.
12 weeks after we had paid, they came to do what was, according to the salesman, a 2-day job.
5 days later they still haven't finished which means I have an internal paddling pool for at least 2 more days, unless they work weekends. Currently we do not have a definitive date for when somebody will turn up to continue the work.
The window in the roof that was partially fitted on Wednesday, wasn't made waterproof before the lads left site in the early afternoon. As a result, I now need a replacement floor in the conservatory and at least a redecoration in the kitchen. I'm hoping the water running down the walls doesn't get into the electrics.
We have been phoning repeatedly since Wednesday but nobody has answered and messages to call back have been ignored.
Yesterday, an email was sent listing all the current known defects with photos and videos. This email was read at approx 1030am today and as of yet, 1630, there has been no reply.
I'll spend the weekend paddling through my kitchen/conservatory whilst trying to avoid all of the drips and you do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys.
Despite having a ‘no cold callers ‘ sign displayed, the sales man came to my house and tried to arrange for a quote this week. When telling him I was not interested this week but had a number on the leaflet so would call when I was ready he took the leaflet off me and told me that he ‘wouldn’t bother then’ as I could only have a quote this week. Great sales tactics and despite having considered getting my windows replaced in the new year, I won’t be going to EE glazing . Best the company employ salespeople that are not so rude. Oh and as an aside he also referred to my neighbours by the colour of their skin!! How rude and ignorant was that ?
Great product looks fantastic,however can’t give five stars as work completed over two weeks ago have asked three times for scaffolding to be removed and it’s still there.
Very happy with our little Porch extension, everyone throughout each stage, from the salesman to the office staff, door fitter and the builders were really friendly and helpful.

The builders Tom, and Joe, were absolutely awesome, they matched the bricks perfectly, did a fantastic job on the inside and outside, the final result is perfect. They were really friendly and tidy, leaving everything clean and tidy between visits. They were happy to answer any questions and discuss what was going on at all times.
We would definitely recommend EE Glazing, the fitter and the builders.
We will definitely use this company again when needing new windows/doors and we will be requesting Joe, and Tom, if we need building work.

Only bit of feed back is make sure the salesman/person, knows a bit more about time lines for the work to be completed. Not too much of an issue for us, as we expected the work to take longer than a week!! But some people may need a more accurate time scale to make plans.

I have given a score of 5 because the 2 fitters - Gary and Duncan did a 1st class job. They were both very friendly and worked non-stop. They were very tidy workers and cleaned up after they finished. After they completed fitting the windows and tidied everything away they showed me exactly how to use them. I would definitely recommend EEGlazing and especially Gary and Duncan.

My home was treated with respect and the guys kept things tidy and clean. They explained where they would start and how the 2 days would unfold. I was consulted over choices I had with the finishing on the inside of 1 of my windows. I was glad of the advice Neil could give me to make the decision. They both worked professionally and I am delighted with the care taken and the neat finishing. Before they left I was shown around all the fitted windows and doors to ensure I was satisfied. Neil then walked me through the security aspects of the windows and how the locks worked on my new doors, this was much appreciated.

Had our conservatory roof changed from a lean type , to an Edwardian roof .The fitters arrived early and did a fantastic job . The new roof looks great and very good quality .They left the area nice and clean when they finished .Two very friendly and helpful fitters . Really pleased with all the work carried out .

Despite my initial reservations about booking after a doorstep call, I was very pleased that we bought our new, front door with EEGlazing.
From initial contact to fitted door took just a month and the service from start to finish was polite, friendly and efficient.
The fitter did a great job and left our hallway cleaner than it was before he started!
My wife is delighted with our new, aubergine, front door (she picked the colour) and its noticeable how quieter and cooler our house is since its been fitted.

The fitters, Mick and Aaron, arrived on time and worked tirelessly, despite of the hot weather we have been experiencing.
The work was carried out to a high standard with no mess at all and we are very pleased with the quality of the product.

The fitters were very friendly and efficient arriving on time and finished the job by midday after having tidied up after themselves on a very hot day. Felt very sorry for them working in this heat which we extremely appreciated. Had three small windows put in at the back of the house. Very pleased with the quality and the fitters. We also liked the salesman “Jay Vithani” who came to give us the quote.
Impressed with this Company. Everyone I have dealt with have been friendly, professional and efficient. The fitters were great, all 7 windows replaced in less than a day, minimal disruption, and everything cleared away neat and tidy, hardly knew they had been in.

From the cold call on phone to the arrival of Bradley the sales man l was open minded about what kind of company l was about to deal with. Right from the start l was assured that l was under no obligation to place an order which made me feel at ease. Bradley explained the product thoroughly and had samples and photographic evidence of the widows. I was so impressed with the quality l chose the Devon Cream grained effect. As this was slightly more expensive and a specialist order l was told it would take longer to produce. l was happy with this as l had an upstairs window and a down stairs bay window l wanted to replace. The next stage was a visit from the surveyor on 28 th January 2025 , again he was charming and very professional and fully explained what his specialist team would do. I was then given a start date of 28th April. At 8 am on 28th April at 8am the fitters arrived. Gary the team Leader introduced himself and immediately him and his colleague started to sheet all furniture and flooring before they started work. They worked non stop and were so efficient they were finished in no time.
They cleaned up after removed all debris and left the job neat and tidy. Before they left Gary showed me the workmanship and explained how the windows worked and the security mode and fire escape mode. EEGlazing is definitely a company l would have no hesitation to recommend.Thanks for the experience.
This was a follow up call as I had an issue with locking a door. Front start to finish, E E were so easy to deal with , nothing is ever a problem , the job is booked in promptly & a reliable , polite & knowledgeable worker arrives on time(2 hour slot given & a Bank Holiday) to rectify the problem . A very professional competitive company.
Really sceptical as this started from a cold call to the house. Never bought from the doorstep before. However - agreed to a salesman coming, googled the company, compared prices and I am thrilled I did. The windows are so much better than the old ones. I had not realised how inefficient the previous double-glazed windows were. The fitters were great (the father was seemed a bit grumpy to begin with, but he soon came round;). Finishes completely cover up the works, no redecorating needed. Old wooden external window sills replaced with fantastic maintenance-free new ones. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful windows and excellent quality. Fitters arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. All rubbish was removed and tidied up afterwards. Door fitter did a wonderful job of smartening the brickwork internally, which I consider to be over and above.
I've just had my windows recently fitted by ee glazing and would just like to say what a great job they have done. It all started with a person called Jack who came to the house after I heard good things from a friend about ee glazing and there products. Jack was nice, talkative and professional but most importantly knew what he was talking about. After we agreed what windows and doors I wanted I had a surveyor come round called Matt to take the measurements of the windows and final design of the windows. I would just like to add Matt was incredibly thoughtful and that everyone of the 28 windows and 4 door's I had fitted were the right size and looked amazing. The fitting of the windows was done by 2 lads called Ian and Ryan who were great and easy to talk to but more importantly did a amazing job of fitting the windows. To be honest I was very surprised how they fitted the windows with minimal mess and damage to the side walls of the windows coming out. The next time I use ee glazing I will be asking if I can have Ian and Ryan. All in all I was very happy with the services and products that ee glazing provided and would just like to make a personal thank you to Jack who kept in touch through out all of it. He didn't have to and I thought that was a nice touch as it showed that he cared and it made me feel reassured about the job being done.
